Do Dance FX Studios gift cards expire?
Unless there is a promotional offer stating otherwise (holiday gift card specials, for example), all gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase.
In what increments can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased in one of two ways; 1. in $25 increments which can be applied to any service we offer and 2. in the amount specific to the service that you would like to purchase.
If I purchase a gift card for dance lessons or dance classes, does it have to be used for a specific dance?
No, it is up to the recipient to determine which style of dance they would like to learn. With private dance lessons, the recipient will meet with their instructor to discuss what dances are of interest to them. Group class gift card recipients will pre-determine which 4-week class they would like to attend out of the classes we offer.
How does the gift card recipient redeem their gift card?
Upon making your first appointment for private dance lessons or enrolling in the group dance class of your choice, please give your 4 digit gift card number. This way, we can look you up in our system to verify what has been purchased for you. Dance FX Studios gift cards hold no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Do you recommend combining private and group dance classes to make a larger gift?
We always recommend beginning with private dance lessons to lay a solid foundation in your dancing prior to taking group dance classes. That said, it would be best to purchase one or the other to begin and then the recipient can choose where they want to go with their dancing from there.
Can I purchase a gift card online?
You may purchase any of our introductory programs online through our secured website. To pick up an actual gift card, you must come in to the studio or we can mail it to you with pre-payment and ample notification. Printable gift certificates are also available which can be emailed to a recipient for convenience.
Can I purchase a gift card for myself?
If you are new to Dance FX Studios, you may take advantage of any of our introductory offers for yourself.
Can the gift card be reloaded?
Yes, our gift cards may be reloaded for future classes to be added.
Can I purchase more than one of the same gift for the same person?
Please read through the terms and conditions to each service prior to purchasing multiple offers for the same person. While Dance FX Studios’ Introductory Offer is only available as a one-time offer, multiple group dance class packages can purchased for the same person/couple.
Will the gift card be activated immediately?
Yes, gift cards are activated and ready for use immediately.
