NEW!! Personal Fitness Training with “Life in Motion, LLC”

Now you can join certified fitness trainer Julia Johnson of Life in Motion, LLC for personal training sessions right here at Dance FX Studios! Julia offers specially designed fitness programs for individuals and small groups (up to 5) to help learn the proper way to exercise to reach personal health goals, improve strength, manage chronic health problems, become or remain able to perform activities of daily living with little or no physical restrictions, improve fitness for a specific sport or event and more! Personal training sessions with Julia are available Monday through Friday in the mornings and afternoons by appointment. Sessions are generally 30 -40 minutes in length.
